What is VixPro AI?
VixPro AI is your AI companion engineer for server infrastructure. It connects to your servers and your existing monitoring tools, responds to alerts around the clock with full context awareness, runs diagnostics, executes remediation, and delivers clear daily summaries so your team can focus on building.
VixPro AI is not a monitoring platform. Your monitoring tools handle detection. VixPro AI is the response layer — it takes what your monitoring tools detect and turns alerts into resolutions. When something needs attention, VixPro AI investigates, identifies the probable root cause, and either resolves the issue or surfaces a clear recommendation for your approval. Every morning, you start with a summary of what happened overnight, what was resolved, and what needs you.
Every action is cryptographically signed, logged with a full audit trail, and governed by approval workflows you configure. VixPro AI orchestrates execution through secure channels — our lightweight Go Agent, your cloud provider's native API, or SSH — while your team stays in control of what runs, when, and on which servers.

How VixPro AI Works
VixPro AI integrates with your existing monitoring stack as an alert consumer and response layer. The architecture keeps VixPro AI in the cloud and only executes on your servers through channels you control.
Alert Ingestion
Alerts from your monitoring tools flow into VixPro AI via webhooks in real time. We accept alerts from any source, including Datadog, PagerDuty, Prometheus, Grafana, and any tool that can send a webhook. Alerts are enriched with your infrastructure context before VixPro AI begins triage.
Triage
Each alert is analyzed using your infrastructure topology, maintenance history, runbooks, and historical incident patterns. VixPro AI determines severity, identifies probable root cause, and builds a remediation plan using the specific tools available for your environment.
Secure Tool Execution
VixPro AI executes diagnostic and remediation tools on your servers through secure methods, and you choose which one fits your setup:
- Go Agent is a lightweight binary you install on your servers. It connects outbound to the VixPro platform via WebSocket, receives cryptographically signed tool manifests, and executes tools locally when instructed. No inbound firewall rules needed. Results flow back over the same secure connection.
- Cloud API connects through your cloud provider's native infrastructure — AWS SSM Run Command, GCP IAP, or Azure Run Command — using your existing IAM credentials. No agent, no SSH port, no VixPro software on the server. Ideal for dynamic cloud environments, auto scaling groups, and teams with policies against third party agents.
- SSH lets VixPro AI connect to your servers directly and run tool commands without any agent installation. Simple setup for teams that prefer a streamlined approach.
All methods execute only tools from signed manifests verified on every load. Every execution is logged with full parameters, output, and duration.
Approval Workflows
Tools are organized into permission tiers. Read only diagnostics run automatically. Higher risk remediation actions notify you through your configured channels, including Slack, PagerDuty, Twilio/SMS, and Teams. You see exactly what VixPro AI wants to run, on which server, with what parameters, and you approve or deny through the dashboard.
Where VixPro AI Comes From
VixPro AI was born from over 20 years of hands on IT operations experience. Years of early mornings compiling server status, confirming backups ran successfully, correlating overnight alerts across multiple tools, and putting together clear updates for leadership before the day even started. It was meaningful work, but the time and technology to automate it well simply did not exist yet.
That experience shaped every decision in VixPro AI. The daily executive summary exists because we know what leadership actually needs to see each morning. The approval workflows exist because we understand that trust is earned through transparency, not assumed through automation. The intelligent triage exists because we spent years doing that same correlation manually and we know exactly what context matters.
We built VixPro AI to be the companion engineer we always wanted on our team. One that understands the environment, takes action within clear boundaries, communicates what it did and why, and gives teams back the time and energy to focus on what they are building.

Security Is Foundational
Security is built into every layer of VixPro AI, not added on top.
Every tool manifest is signed with RSA SHA 256 and verified before execution on both the platform and your servers. Go Agent connections use outbound only WebSockets with JWT authentication, so your servers never need to open inbound ports. Every tool execution is logged to a comprehensive audit trail with full parameters, output, and duration. Approval workflows enforce human oversight for any action you classify as high risk.
We built VixPro AI with the same level of care and rigor we would expect from tools managing our own infrastructure, because we use it to manage ours.
